New version 3.5 offers added functionality and features for use in table service environments
Posera-HDX announces the release of its latest version of the CVM Kitchen Video Monitor system to meet new market demands and trends. The desire to be environmentally conscious, the need to cut costs, maximize productivity, and improve customer service were the driving forces behind the release.
The latest CVM solution boasts the following features: supports up to 10 monitors in the kitchen, monitor re-direction, up to 12 orders on the screen, and full touch screen support. Moreover, it offers popular fast food features like On-The-Fly transmission, PARK function, and drive-thru Order Confirmation Screen (OCS) support. For casual and fine dining, the newest feature additions include: Item Timing, display of Recipes, “bump by order” (Expo Screen) or “bump by item” (Prep Screen) formats, and much more.

Chris Reiff, Product Manager at Posera-HDX for CVM, explains: “We’re very excited about the new CVM release. The technology has really evolved and improved. The new version has been successfully installed at several of our customer sites and the feedback has been very positive. The increases in accuracy and productivity coupled with the decreases in service times give instant ROI. The cost savings on paper and ribbons alone will quickly pay for the conversion from printers to Kitchen Video. The CVM is a valuable asset in any kitchen environment.”
