Maitre'D POS Releases New Event Manager

If you run a hotel, country club, restaurant or other venue that hosts and caters special occasions, you know how important it is that these events go off without a hitch. The Maitre'D POS event manager is a tool that assists you through the whole process of creating, editing and managing special events. It handles everything from catering costs and room rental fees to dishwashing and linen costs. 

This tool is part of the Accounts Receivable module, so if you plan to use the local Maitre'D Accounts Receivable customer database, no other software is required.

The event manager can:

- Build specific packages for events using your existing menu.

- Create an event from the Back-Office and manage it from the POS.

- Deliver reports on the event.

- Control both an open bar and paid bar.
