Welcome back to our series on controlling labor costs with the help of a Maitre'D system. Last time, we discussed some of the features that help improve efficiency and organization. Now, let's take a look at a few more.

One of the great ways that Maitre'D helps control workforce costs is through its scheduling application. It offers a graphical schedule that both you and your employees can access to see how the work week will look. Each task is color-coded, and the calendar comes with a key that indicates what job relates to what color.

Not only will your workers be able to quickly see what their hours are, but you'll be able to know if you're under- or over-staffed at a glance.
